Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StylesStudio.ai (the "Service"), operated by StylesStudio.ai ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

StylesStudio.ai analyzes a photo you provide and generates AI-based hairstyle, beard, and outfit recommendations and visual previews, based on your face and the styles you or our AI select. It is a styling exploration and visualization tool, not a professional stylist consultation, medical service, or guarantee of any real-world outcome.

2. No guarantee of real-world results

We show you a realistic visualization of how a hairstyle, beard style, or outfit could look on your own face, based on the photo you provide. We do not guarantee the real-world outcome -- the actual result depends on your barber or salon and their ability to execute the look correctly, as well as factors like your hair's actual texture, growth, and density. StylesStudio.ai is not responsible for a real haircut, grooming service, or outfit that does not match the preview shown, and any decision to get a haircut, grooming service, or purchase based on our recommendations is entirely your own.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You may only upload photos of yourself, or of another person if you have that person's clear permission to do so. Do not upload a photo of anyone who has not consented to it being processed by our Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload a photo of a minor, or of any person without their consent;
• Upload illegal, obscene, abusive, or infringing content;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or bypass any usage or credit limits;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

5. Credits and payments

• The Service is used through credits, purchased in packages shown at the time of purchase, in Indian Rupees.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (cards/UPI) or via manual UPI transfer. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or bank details.
• All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This reflects that each generation consumes real, immediate compute cost the moment it runs. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for the full detail.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and expire if your account is deleted.
• We may change prices or credit-package contents at any time; changes apply only to purchases made after the change.

6. Your content and our license to use it

• You retain all ownership rights in the photos you upload and the images we generate for you.
• You grant us a limited license to process your photo solely to provide the Service to you, including sending it to our AI processing provider (see our Privacy Policy) for the purpose of generating your results.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share your photos with any third party for their own purposes.
• Uploaded and generated photos are automatically deleted after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including an AI image-processing provider and payment processors, to function. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling by those providers beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StylesStudio.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, and may permanently delete your account and data from Change Password → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
